Required Experience: 0 - 4 Years.

Educational Qualification:MBA in HR

Job Location:Kolkata (West Bengal)

Job Description:

  1. Attendance and work report updating
  2. Supporting in On-boarding and Exit Process
  3. Supporting in Recruitment Process
  4. Filing and MIS maintenance
  5. Supporting in Maintaining HR Documentation Processes (Drafting Letter of intent / Appointment Letter NDAs / any other official letters etc.)
  6. Supporting in HR Engagement Activities.
  7. Coordinating Appraisal and PMS Process

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Good Knowledge in MS office skills for reporting and documentation
  • Co-ordination skills with various departments
  • Basic Statutory knowledge about Labour laws, EPF, ESI, Tax, Shops and Establishment Act
  • Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Team worker
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
